Flowing Space is a state of balance that we are all invited to enter through the practice of movement. This flow is an experience of centered, relaxed, and effortless power. The intention is for each individual to enter into the joy of Flowing Space in their own way and time. Come as you are.
What To Expect
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring a water bottle. We dance in bare feet and a yoga mat is recommended for the cool down portion of class.
