A certified Nia Technique Blue Belt instructor, Greg’s sources of inspiration include jazz, modern dance, ballet, tap, ballroom, break dancing, African and Middle Eastern dance, Kundalini and Anusara yoga, Pilates, and martial arts. He invites anyone interested in exploring healthy movement to come enjoy a class or workshop at their own pace.
