Many -- if not most! -- of the fitness dance classes out there seem like they are for women, so I was glad to find a class that was not only taught by a guy, but where the movements feel natural for me. I like how Greg's Nia class incorporates martial arts, strength and agility.–Joseph R.
I was surprised the first time I tried Nia with Gregory. I was prepared for a "workout" like the aerobics classes at the gym. To my amazement, the time went by in a blink, and afterward I felt energized and relaxed. I can already feel this approach is making a difference in my body. –Elizabeth L.
In the class I took with Greg, he said something about "dancing through life" that has really stuck with me. I am an occupational therapist, and although my career is about helping people move in healthy ways all day long, the ergonomics for me, the practitioner, aren't always ideal. I thought I was just going to take a fitness class, but through Nia practice I am understanding how my every day body awareness can be enhanced.–Joanna M.
